Founder
Dr. Onyewuchi is responsible for building global partnerships with e-learning companies, university programs, and funding agencies. She drives business strategy and structure. She has a doctorate degree in asset management of power systems from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A., where she mentored African and non-African students, and tutored and taught engineering classes in the US and China. She has several years of experience visiting and working with customers, vendors and companies around the world to develop applications, analyze complex data and create simplified reports for high-level executives.
Dr. Onyewuchi is also a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). She served as the chair of the IEEE Power Africa Steering Committee for multiple years, having established the conference as an annual one moving from one African nation to another, and bringing a strong network of engineers together to help solve Africa’s dire power problem. She also established the Women in Power session as a key part of the conference, ensuring that middle and high school aged girls get empowered to join STEM, power and energy fields. She teaches engineering classes at a college in Florida, while running her businesses.
Her years of experience in education and building global relationships will be key in bringing success to A Professional Africa's customers and partners.
